It has recently come to our attention that a group of unknown miscreants have formed certain WhatsApp groups / Telegram groups and websites and are sharing advisory and misusing our name and that of our employees, and also misusing our logo. We would like to clarify that neither Avendus Group and its affiliates nor its employees are in any way associated with the said fraudulent WhatsApp groups / Telegram groups or websites. These miscreants are criminally abusing our brand name or that of any of our employees to defraud the general public.

Avendus Group comprising of Avendus Capital Private Limited and its affiliates are regulated entities. We do not create or subscribe to any such websites or groups on any third-party apps like WhatsApp, Telegram etc. that deal in stock market information or tips. We urge you to trust communication only with your relationship manager in this regard. Anyone dealing with such unauthorized entities or disbursing monies or acting on such tips without proper verification shall be doing so at their own risk and Avendus Group shall not be responsible in any manner.

In case anyone misleads you in the name of Avendus or any other affiliate entities or its employees in any manner, you may consider filing a police complaint and bringing it to the notice of the cyber crime cell and stock exchanges. We are also in the process of initiating appropriate legal action, including complaints with the cyber crime cell and relevant regulatory authorities, in relation to the aforesaid acts.
