Nandik has over 15 years of experience in Indian equities market. He has a strong track record of building, raising, and managing large pools of capital. Prior to Avendus, Nandik was with ICICI Prudential AMC, where he was the Fund Manager for their Long/Short Absolute Return Strategy. His role included fund management and strategy, as well as sector and market research, emphasizing directional macro calls.

Nandik has a BTech degree from IIT, Kharagpur, a PGDM in Finance from the IIM, Calcutta and a Master's Degree in Finance from London Business School.
