With over 25 years of leadership experience in strategy, planning, analytics and change management within the wealth management industry, Pavan is responsible for setting the overall business strategy and defining the medium to long term goals for the business, along with ensuring that the requisite organizational structures and business frameworks are in place to achieve those goals.

He has extensive experience in strategic business planning, designing and implementing change within organizational structures, creating performance measurement frameworks and implementing specific business and project initiatives. He has also successfully led several large M&A and due diligence transactions with several public and private market investors. Prior to joining Avendus, Pavan was with 360 One Wealth and Asset Management Limited for over 14 years as President and Head of Corporate Strategy and Investor relations.

Pavan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master's in Business Administration (Finance) from the Warwick Business School.
