Avendus Finance Private Limited, the credit solutions arm of Avendus Capital, is pleased to announce the elevation of Nilesh Dhedhi as the Head of Structured Credit business. Nilesh has over 16 years of experience in financial services, especially in lending and advisory. He will work closely with Kaushal Aggarwal, Co-founder, Avendus Group and CEO, Avendus Finance, to build the best-in-class flexible debt capital business in India.

Nilesh will continue to be the Fund Manager for Avendus Structured Credit Fund. He will lead the team that will be responsible for origination, structuring and syndication of transactions; and will be deeply involved in managing the credit portfolio.
